Ok, so I need to post more on here. I did great for a week or two in August. Then I somehow didn't do much in Sept. Well I'm back on my game now. I bought the Chalean Extreme workout and I'm now in week 2 of the 90 day program. It is intense and a lot of fun. I'm not doing the eating program it comes with (partly because I bought it on Ebay and I didn't get the full food program) and because I am a Weight Watcher. I have done Weight Watchers since November of 2006 and I know that program well, and I love that I have food freedom with WW. So I'm working hard at staying within my WW Points and I'm doing the workouts. I am really excited about my workouts right now. I would suggest both of these programs to anyone and everyone!
I love that the Chalean Extreme workouts are only 30 minutes and they use weights. I love working out with weights, I'd choose weights over cardio most days. So if you are looking for something new and intense, check it out. And shop around, you don't have to pay $140 for workout DVD's.
I lost 2.5 pounds my first week, and that would have been a lot higher if I would have been a little better with my points and if I hadn't missed a workout. But it was my one year anniversary and we went out, the trade was well worth it to me. :)
